Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk Hotel

We loved our 7 nights stay. We got a room with a bath. The location was amazing, next to Aqua Skyscraper.

What a genuinely helpful staff. The location is in 15 minutes' walk to Grand tube station.

The place was stunningly beautiful and had welcoming staff at the reception desk, loved the stay. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk to Riverwalk. Moreover, the area was great.

It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

It was an excellent home base for our fairly nice stay. We ate at a good restaurant with excellent food:)))

Everything was perfect as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. The staff were fabulous and outstanding, they offered a good service...

It was spotless, staff were absolutely beautiful. Non-smoking room with nice beds, good offer. Late check-out was useful.

I loved the hotel. Lovely staff, awesome view, savoury breakfast. Brilliant location close to a fancy high-rise mall. Pool was good too. Besides, the parking was onsite.

The staff was excellent and the location was ideal - altogether a good experience. Great-sized rooms with beautiful mountain view. The hotel had a bar in the lobby. Complimentary drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise. Spotlessly clean and perfect little property in Magnificent Mile district.

My stay was really really nice, I enjoyed that it was clean throughout, with magnificent views and perfect lovation next to the river walk and downtown Chicago and Navy Pier. Decent base for 5 nights.

This attractive hotel offers an EXCELLENT experience. Absolutely kind staff & central location. Set walking distance to a bus stop in the entertaining area. Impressive & airy unit with amazing views, a TV plus wine.

The location was best possible, the rooms were brand-new, the staff were particularly helpful. Delicious breakfast food, absolutely very very good. And it also had excellent view. Complementary drinks at outdoor bar, fantastic service.

I liked hotel's great lobby. Super, super room with a comfortable bed, wine plus coffee. Employees were decent and kept it all impeccably clean. Secure location, just a short stroll away from wrigley building.

The bed was uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

plentiful breakfast with plenty of options, quite convenient and so clean place. i slept so comfy in the soft bed. they had a fine check-in too.

This is an extremely clean, boutique hotel. Spacious enough suite and really comfortable bed. Simply delicious breakfast and lots of goodies.

The magnificent mile and other tourist spots were so close to this hotel. We could have lunch in island party hut set within 500 feet. Located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport. The venue met all required needs...
